To comply with Hazardous Substances and New Organisms (HSNO) Act 1996, & Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017, Port Taranaki require 48 hours’ notice if any hazardous goods and substances and fumigants are on board or intended to be loaded onto or discharged from a vessel at the Port.
