We have a fleet of multifunctional and powerful tugs and launches, operated by a highly skilled team.

Tugs are provided for most vessels that visit Port Taranaki. The number required is dependent on the size of each vessel and the weather conditions at the time.

Our tugs Kīnaki, Tuakana and Rupe each have firefighting water capacity of 1200m3/hour. In addition, all have capability and onboard storage for alcohol-resistant foam to be injected into the system.

Our fleet is also available for contract work, including coastal towing and offshore support.
