Port Civil Engineer
Owned by the Taranaki Regional Council, Port Taranaki Ltd is strategically important to the economic development of the Taranaki region. We are seeking a self-motivated Civil Engineer who will set engineering standards and provide knowledge, skill and technical engineering support to ensure Port Taranaki’s civil assets are fit for purpose.
This is a key position within our Engineering team at Port Taranaki and will require the appointee to provide scoping and feasibility for engineering related projects as well as manage specialist external consultants and key stakeholder relationships. This role will provide conditional assessment and design of port civil infrastructure, roading and pavement and other civil projects as required.
Applicants must be tertiary qualified in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years’ work-based experience in civil engineering.
