For Container Tracking use the new N4 Web Interface
For more information on the N4 system please contact:
Unfortunately we are unable to answer your query at the moment. Normal service should resume shortly. If it does not please contact Westgate.
Email notification of events affecting containers can be arranged at the Email Notices page. For more convenient tracking of containers released and received against a particular booking, try our Release Tracking page. More complex filtering of the data is available with Advanced Tracking
Try checking several containers at once by entering the container numbers separated by spaces like 302 456 or MSCU GLDU.
The URL link above the table will perform the search again using the same criteria. Bookmarking the link will store the search for future use.
The Container and Booking links will search again using the container number and booking number respectively. This allows you to focus your query easily.
The Line link will display pertinant information from the Shipping Line's website. You may be required to log into the Maersk site, however the "unregistered" link will generally suffice. After you have logged on clicking the link again will display the information available. Tasman Orient does not have any such issues.
An authority displayed in RED has not cleared the container and permission must either be obtained or passed to Port Taranaki.
The icon will show the clearances received for the container. The icon will assist you in registering for e-mail tracking of the container or booking. The icon will track by release with the respective container or booking.
If your containers have been railed then the Move link will display current information from the Tranzrail Freight website.
